Packages are generally dispatched within 3 working days after receipt of payment and are shipped with tracking and drop-off without signature. If you prefer delivery with required signature, an additional cost will be applied, so please contact us before choosing this method. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.
Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.
Maisonirem will gladly accept NON-SALE items for refund within 7 days of purchase*.Earrings are not included to this due to hygiene reasons.
Item must be returned in new and resaleable condition.
The return and exchange of an article is only possible when the article:
- is in undamaged state,
- is not worn and/or used,
- includes the original and undamaged packaging.
Maison Irem reserves the right to refuse returned items
Exchanges will be subject to shipping charges. Once your return is processed, you will receive a credit to your credit card. We cannot refund shipping charges on returned items.
ALL SALE ITEMS are FINAL SALES and are non-refundable unless damaged or defective.
Items received as gifts may be exchanged for another item of equal or lesser value.
To return or exchange an item, please follow these simple steps:
1. Email us with your order number and the reason for exchange or return.
2. We will then send you a confirm email
3.. Include a copy of invoice / and our email inside the package
For your security, please return your package with an insured courier (e.g.,UPS ) and retain your receipt.

* In the case of an incorrect or damaged article, let us know within two days of receipt. After you have the product returned to us, we can send you a new one.
