Maisonirem will gladly accept non sale items for  refund within 14 days of purchase*. Earrings are  NOT  included to this due to hygiene reasons.
Item must be returned in new and resalable condition with registered mail ( we are not responsible for any loss until we receive the items back) .

That means:
The return and exchange of an article is only possible when the article:

- is in undamaged state,
- is not worn and/or used,
- includes the original and undamaged packaging.

Maison Irem reserves the right to refuse returned items
Exchanges will be subject to shipping charges. Once your return is processed, you will receive a refund. We cannot refund shipping charges on returned items. 

ALL SALE ITEMS are FINAL SALES and are non-refundable unless damaged or defective. 

Items received as gifts may be exchanged for another item of equal or lesser value. 

To return or exchange an item, please follow these simple steps: 

1. Email us with your order number and the reason for exchange or return. 

2. We will then send you a confirm email 

3.. Include a copy of  invoice / and our email  inside the package

For your security, please return your package with an insured/regitered  courier (e.g.,UPS )with track number and retain your receipt.

* In the case of an incorrect or damaged article, let us know within two days of receipt. After you have the product returned to us, we can send you a new one.
